1.) Late arrival of charterer will not alter end time of the charter.

NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR INJURY AND OTHER LOSSES
Charterer recognizes and accepts the risk that is inherent in any boating activity, and expressly holds the Vessel, including her owners harmless from any injury or loss of life resulting from the use of the vessel or any of the facilities offered unless solely caused by the vessel’s Captain’s gross negligence or intentional act. All passengers are advised to seek medical attention should they have any concerns regarding motion sickness and to carry on board any prescribed treatment as per the section on DRUGS.
CHILDREN
Children are welcome on board; however, the crew cannot take any responsibility to watch over them. Children under the age of fourteen (14) must be under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.
Children under 7 Years must wear life vest while the boat is in motion. Parents must bring a personal life vest for the children.
Miami Vice Charters Adventures is NOT responsible for valuable items or personal documents left on the Vessel.
Agreement may have additional conditions.
Rental cancellation policies
1. Cancellation by Customer:
- If you need to cancel your boat rental, please notify us at least 5 days in advance to receive a full refund of your reservation deposit.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start time will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental cost.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full rental amount.
2. Inclement Weather:
- Safety is our top priority. In the event of severe weather conditions or if there are safety concerns, we may need to cancel or reschedule your boat rental.
- If we cancel your rental due to inclement weather, you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule for another available date.
3. Operator’s Discretion:
- Our experienced operators may cancel or modify a boat rental at their discretion if they believe there are safety risks or if any rules or regulations are not being followed.
- If your rental is canceled by the operator’s discretion, you will receive a refund for the remaining unused rental time.
4. Flexibility and Rescheduling:
- We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your boat rental, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
